Rakko Usukko
Rakko can seem like an energetic yet proper young man at first, but deep down has
a heart of a revolutionnaire and a mind of an anarchist.

Steve Window
A short, depressed 33 year old computer android that ran windows XP almost his whole life and was always the biggest outsider. Has a lot of insecurities. Has gone through a lot of bad stuff in his past, mainly being bullied a lot. Steve was originally a jokeloid, him as a character being a personification i made to make fun of my computer.
His 2nd gen VB names are Windows OS names. His 3rd gen VBs are Windows OS codenames, some connected in a way to their old versions. [Steve VCV V1 [XP] -> Steve VCV V2 [WHISTLER]] Whistler is an XP codename.

Ne Schwarz
Ne is a rather stoic person who tries to be nice. Ne was raised by a company trying to grow a few children into becoming their ultimate weapons. Ne was given a strange shape-shifting sword and took it away after escaping one of the company's facilities. Ne has had issues dealing with anger in the past, but is trying to be better. Currently, Ne has moved back to the swiss mountains to hide and relax, living together with a very cute cat. Ne likes money, guns, and fluffy, soft things.
